Newly built in November 2007, Amanecer is a great option if you prefer to be in North Akumal close to the beach and Yal-Ku Lagoon. It is set on the jungle side of the road, across the street from the ocean. The rooftop offers a partial view of the ocean with lounge chairs provided. There is a pool tucked away in a nicely gardened courtyard. The condos and patio’s surround and overlook the pool offering a bit of seclusion.

Amanecer offers four, 2 bedroom, 2 bath units and a fabulous Rooftop Studio. The two bedroom units each have king beds in the master bedroom and private bath with a tiled tub and shower.

The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be converted into another king if you wish. There is a private bath with walk in shower. Each bedroom has a balcony. The Rooftop Studio is furnished with one king bed and a great view!

This brand new kitchen has everything you need. Everything is new, making Amanecer very inviting! The main area is spacious with the kitchen, living and dining areas all looking out through sliding glass doors towards the ocean. There is a TV with HBO and DVD player. There is also a CD player.
