We are very proud to offer the La Sirena Villas! What a great alternative for families! These spacious three bedroom villas are tucked among the bougainvillea and palms within the La Sirenas garden courtyard. These private free standing villas are set poolside with well furnished patios off of the main entry and large terraces off of the second level master bedroom.

La Sirena Condominiums are located on the north end of Half Moon Bay, The snorkeling in front of La Sirena property is incredible! You are just a short distance from elkhorn and other coral formations that are the foundation of this incredible eco-system. The beach with shade palapas, lounge chairs and great snorkeling is just a few steps from the Sirena Villas.

The Sirena Villas consist of two levels. The main level includes a nicely furnished sitting area with television and DVD player.This area is very comfortable, useable and ready for the family! The dining area has seating for six and there is large well equipped and very workable kitchen. The owners of the Sirena Villas love Akumal and enjoying spending time in this very special place, making sure that it is well appointed and nicely detailed. They have created a lovely and comfortable setting that is easy for the whole family. You might never want to leave!

Two of the three bedrooms are also on the main level. The first is furnished with a king bed, the second with two single beds. A full bath services the two guest bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and should you need, air conditioning.

The upper level is comprised of the large master suite housed under a high brick domed ceiling. The master suite is furnished with king bed and enjoys a private bath. These are lovely spacious areas that are well furnished and provide a cool private resting place.

My favorite part of the Sirena Villas, also on the upper level, is the large and well furnished upper terrace which overlooks the garden and sparkling pool. The terrace is partially shaded by a traditional Mayan palapa creating a shady retreat during the day. The other area of the terrace is open for stargazing at night.
