U Nah Kin, "House of the Sun" in Mayan, offers 1 and 2 bedroom condos on Aventuras Akumal. This Bay is popular for its gorgeous stretch of white sand beach which also makes it attractive for turtles to nest there. Aventuras Akumal beach is one of the nicest on the coast and a well kept secret, its normally a quieter bay than others. Akumal is just a few miles drive north where you can find restaurants and other services. The two bedroom condo has a king bed in the master and king in the guestroom to accomodate up to 4 people plus one more on the queen sized futon in the livingroom. The second bedroom has a lockable connecting door to the main bedroom and also has it's own exterior door for extra privacy. The upper second bedrooms each have a small balcony overlooking the tropical gardens to the rear and the mayan jungle beyond. The one bedroom condo has a king bed for 2 people and also the futon in the livingroom. Each bedroom has a private bath and air conditioning. Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen and sitting room with Satellite TV and stereo. The units are bright, there are glass sliding doors which open onto private terraces and the beach. The beach area has beach and lounge chairs, and patio furniture and hammocks for your enjoyment. There is also a grill provided, and kayaks to enjoy the bay.
