Casa de las Conchas

Casa de las Conchas is a luxury villa located on white soft sand beach in South Akumal Bay, just over one mile south of Akumal. Casa de las Conchas offers approximately 4,500 square feet of interior living space, and over 2,000 square feet of exterior spaces including terraces and patio areas.

The driveway and main entry are tucked away in a private and cool tropical garden. The villa is oriented to face the ocean and create spectacular ocean views from nearly every room in the house.  The swimming pool is located on the beach side of the property. The pool area is well furnished with dining table, lounge chairs, outdoor shower and barbeque for grilling. The beach area has two shade palapas with chaise lounges and hammocks. The pool and beach area such a great place to enjoy the Caribbean, you may want to spend your entire vacation right there.

Casa de las Conchas is a four bedroom, split level villa. The entire villa is cooled via central air conditioning. Two of the four bedrooms being self contained suites. Casa de las Conchas is designed to create space for groups to come together but still enjoy their privacy. The main level includes a large fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and modern appliances, dining area and sunken living area. From the main living area sliding glass doors lead to the swimming pool, patio and beach area. Also on the main level is a guest suite with garden view. The guest suite has it’s own sitting and dining area, along with kitchenette and private bath. The guest suite is furnished with king bed.

The upper level includes three bedrooms: The very spacious Master Suite, with king bed, ocean view, private terrace and elegant private bath with Jacuzzi tub. The second self contained guest suite with king bed and private terrace. And the fourth bedroom, also with king bed and ocean view.

Rental of Casa de las Conchas includes two free, 1/2 hour massages, a complimentary gift basket and three complimentary breakfasts per week of your stay. Three sets of RH Golf Clubs are also available for guest use.
