Villa Nicte-Ha (Mayan for "Water Lily") is a bright and warm home. Featured in Architectural Digest and designed by I.M Pei, also know for his work on the John Fitzgerald Kennedy Library near Boston and Le Grand Louvre in Paris, France.

Nicte-Ha is furnished with Mexican antiques and original paintings and features hand painted Mexican Talavera Tiles in the kitchen and baths. Villa Nicte-Ha is filled with sun. The sunken living area and high ceilings create a spacious and airy feeling.

Nicte-Ha is completed by a gorgeous large swimming pool overlooking the Caribbean. TV, VCR, CD Player, Stereo System and games are all available for guest usage.

Villa Nicte-Ha features a large master bedroom with king-size bed and private bath. Second bedroom is furnished with queen bad and also has private bath.

Two Children's Rooms furnished with bunk beds are located adjacent to the upstairs bedrooms. A guest bedroom is also located downstairs and is furnished with 2 single beds. Each bedroom features a private balcony.

Take an afternoon siesta swinging in a hammock or kick back on the roof top observatory for a margarita and unbelievable sunset. Villa Nicte-Ha is a welcoming and graceful home, offering many amenities. For a larger group add Casa del Mar, located right next door.
