One of our favorites ! This is a great place to "check out" and enjoy the Riviera Maya as it should be. A quiet uncrowded sandy beach, great snorkeling and incredible views of turquoise sea against blue sky. Seven Seas is a small condominium complex located in the quiet beach community of South Akumal, just two and half miles south of Akumal proper.

Guests of Seven Seas enjoy a large beachside swimming pool with chaise lounges for relaxing in the sun. Each unit has a private patio area and is just a few steps from the sandy beach and water's edge.

Seven Seas offers full two bedroom condominiums, each with fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. From the living areas each unit opens to pool side patio with ocean views. The unit faces the ocean and has full bright views of the gardens and sea. Guests also enjoy ocean views from both bedrooms and access to the poolside patios.

The master bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and each is furnished with king bed and enjoys an ocean view, en suite bath and air conditioning. The guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds which can be made to one king to accommodate couples or families. The guest bedrooms also enjoys an ocean view and has private bath and is air conditioned.

Seven Seas is an excellent choice for quiet comfortable accommodations in a lovely setting. We would encourage you to try this property. Many people find that Akumal's services are very convenient and location, away from it all, is unforgettable.

Unit #1 is somewhat smaller than the other units, with a partial ocean view. Our guests love this unit for the great pool side patio. Unit #1 offers a great opportunity to enjoy all of the amenities of a high condominium property, at a very reasonable, mid range price.

Unit #7 is a lovely unit, very well furnished and accented. The unit enjoys a large terrace overlooking the garden with full western views of the jungle. Seven Seas #7 also offers a great chance to enjoy the swimming pool, beach and interior of a high end property within a very reasonable price range.

Units #3, 4, 5 and 6 all enjoy full ocean views with ocean side patios.
