Our original reservation at The Reef E was changed day of our arrival. We were moved to Hacienda Tortuga unit 10 with AC and wifi not working after a staff tried to fixed it. We got moved to another Hacienda Tortuga unit 7 and AC and wifi were also not working after another staff tried to fix it. Great view in both units though and restaurant is in-house and breakfast is just across the street the Jungle. We finally got moved to Lol Kanaab Suites unit 5 and everything was great. Walking distance to La Buena Vida restaurant and we enjoyed our stay there. Thanks to concierge Alex for assisting us. My review is for Lol Kanaab Suites unit 5.
