This is our third trip to Casa Canciones, we love it! The space is very nice, the view is amazing and the caretaker Ariel is over the top thoughtful. The Casa is a studio - that lives big. The outdoor space is comfortable and big. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The gas grill is beautiful, big and clean. The entire Bay is quiet as most of the properties are larger homes for families or groups - there are not a lot of multiple dwelling units. It is within 10 - 15 min. drive to Akumal or Tulum. The only draw back is there are limited places to go out to eat on the Bay. There is one restaurant which is attached to an all inclusive - it was expensive and not very friendly. There used to be a beach bar but it is gone. Oscar Lalo is very close and excellent food. I would recomment it! Overall, a great get away if you want to relax, walk the beach, read and enjoy homemade margartias!

This is the perfect location and perfect accommodations for two. Beautiful beach as always in the bay, quiet, and a quick drive to town. Extremely hospitable groundskeepers and a very safe location to relax.

Great place for two people to have have some privacy, avoid crowds in a tremendous setting. Great sunrises, well-appointed and functional unit and great attention from Ariel, the groundskeeper. Easy walk to lovely restaurant - Pandano. Not great if you want to cook as no oven (couldn't you put in a toaster oven). But overall we had a great time.

We loved our stay Casa Canciones. Great protected bay for kayaking and snorkeling. Ariel, the on-site manager, took great care of us and left special messages in the sand. Only small drawback is they need a new grill. Can’t wait to return. Don and Rebecca

Cutest little bungalows on Soliman Bay! Casa Canciones, "House of Songs" offers two ocean front bungalows, perfect for individuals or couples looking for something tranquilo with a great beach, great snorkeling, hammock and maybe a cold drink.

Two Bungalows, Upper Level or Beach Level, virtually identical. Both are private, comfortable and well furnished. The bungalows each have full kitchens, living and dining areas and private bath. Each is furnished with a comfy king bed and has a futon sleeper sofa in the living area (perfect for a child)

There is a built in grill on the terrace of both bungalows. Casa Canciones provides guests with 3 kayaks. There is a shade palapa and 4 chaise lounges on the beach for guests to enjoy as well.

UPPER LEVEL BUNGALOW Enjoys a large ocean side terrace and ocean view looking out over the tops of the palms. 1 King Bed, 1 Futon Sofa Sleeper

THE BEACH LEVEL BUNGALOW has a very nice ocean side patio, just step onto the beach and into the bay. 1 King Bed, 1 Futon Sofa Sleeper

Location
Casa Caniones is located on Soliman Bay, which is located approximately 45 minutes south of Playa del Carmen or 15 minutes north of Tulum by car. It is a gated mostly residential community, always very quiet and peaceful. There are two small beachfront restaurants on Soliman Bay and one small convenience store. We always recommend a rental car for our guests visiting Soliman Bay.
