We loved our stay and would highly recommend. The studio is well designed and well equipped and the gas grill was a great bonus. The AC and hot water were both exceptional. The patio had outstanding ocean views, which was just steps away. The snorkeling directly out the door was excellent and the beach afforded great, long walks. We will be back to this specific unit!

Wow! This place is amazing. Comes with a private entry to the beach. Very clean place and has security onsite. Located near many activities plus it comes equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Rita takes great care of the room and keeps clean linens. Definitely a great place to stay. Private pool on site, also! We didn’t want to leave

The condo is small but nice and was well kept. It could use a few more homey touches. We loved the quick access to the beach and have always enjoyed this particular beach.

Great little condo, amazing beach view from the private patio. The staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic cookware required. The air conditioning worked well, but we would have used the air conditioning less if the screens were repaired. There were holes in the patio door screen and the kitchen window screen, we were concerned when these windows were left open that we could have ants and other insects invade the condo. The screens with holes were an issue. The pool was fairly decent but was a little murky a few days, it looks like it needed some extra cleaning and repairing the missing tiles on the bottom of the pool would improve the overall pool experience., these were the only negative comments we had.

Enjoyed our month on the beach! Daily beach walks with warm breezes.Soft sand, however take your water shoes, as entrance into the water can be rocky in areas. Accommodation is adequate for a couple, with a king bed, full kitchen to make our meals. A car is recommended.

Spent two weeks here on a great vacation!����️Every thing was clean, safe and up to date. Housekeeper/Rita was very efficient. Being able to walk right onto the beach ��️ from our room was very nice. The snorkeling �� was good, saw lots of fish �� and stingrays too.
Wish there were more places to eat nearby. All in all, wonderful ����️

We had such a great time at this condo - we can’t wait to come back. The location can’t be beat and so many great amenities are provided. Checking in and out was very easy and we had great communication the whole time. The staff is super helpful and friendly and we felt safe and secure the whole time. There are a couple of nice bars and restaurants on the beach that you can walk to and the snorkeling was amazing just right out our door. We’d highly recommend this spot.

Location is perfect, literally 50 feet from the sea. The condo was very quiet at the time we were there and we had the pool to ourselves as well as the beach. King bed was extremely comfo. The items like the extra cushions for the beach chairs and the traveller’s umbrella and chairs were a big plus. Rita the housekeeper was very friendly. We loved our vacation there! Thank you!

The condo was great. A couple pros/cons: good number of kitchen appliences, but not a grain of salt or drop of oil for use. Clean well maintained bathroom, but only a cake of soap available- Luckily we didn't forget any toiletries. There were many high quality details about this condo and the interior, but the exterior of this building was a bit of an eyesore.

Everything was good from booking to payment to check in to location.
Rita (cleaning lady) fabulous and the 2 Luis's (groundskeepers) also fabulous. The snorkelling right out from was great so that was an added bonus. When we needed something extra (like dish towel) our request was immediately taken care of.

The location was magical, literally steps from the ocean . The sound of the waves and the gorgeous view kept a constant sense of joy and wonder at this perfect property. This studio is on the end of the bldg, providing more privacy while on the patio. Some of the condos are privately owned and that might explain the eyesore and deterioration of the adjoining balcony was falling apart. Still, a much better job could have been done cleaning up the side of the patio here: trash and rotting wood strewn about. The check in was hampered by the security guard turning my driver and I away. Paid guests should be expected! What a hassle. Utter darkness at the doorway, trying to use phone flashlight to get key. Minor distractions these. The studio was perfect and well appointed, cleaned daily, tons of great towels. An enthusiastic 2 thumbs up and highest recommendation. I’m frantically trying to get one of the private owners to rent to me 12/18-12/29!!

Perfect place for couples to get away. Beach and ocean just footsteps outside your door. Great place to unwind. Five minute drive from Akumal. Kitchen well stocked. We will definitely be staying again!

Beautiful “budget” studio unit that provided comfort, cleanliness, access to the Caribbean Sea (50’ away!), that has a gorgeous view of the Sea!
Relaxing space, modern appliances which allow for a cozy place to stay.

Not a safe setup also, made a big mess on the patio area which we had to clean) secondly, most of the TV channels are is Spanish. Made for limited TV options in the evening. Finally, no one contacted us within 24 hours if there were any up issues etc. as promised.

We would stay here again, and if you don't mind that everything is not 100% perfect, then you should consider this studio.

As far as we could tell, this unit within the complex may have had the most private patio available.
Being able to open the doors and step out into soft white sand under swaying palm trees and dip your toes in the ocean within 50 feet of your door is pretty incredible. We were there in the off-season during COVID, so we never had problems finding a lounge chair to use.
The snorkeling is good right out from your door. Fish, coral, rays, but unfortunately no turtles (at least not this time of year.) However, we did find evidence of turtle nests and hatched eggs 5 feet from the patio door! Very cool!
Parking is behind a manned gate and feels very safe.
There is a great beach bar and grill a one minute walk down the beach. We found ourselves shooting the breeze with the amazing staff on more than a couple occasions.
If you aren't a person who can't look past a few issues and need total luxury, this is not the place for you. For instance, the toilet seat was not bolted down and slid all over. The faucet in the bathroom is not secured to the countertop and shifts when you use it, sometimes spraying you. There are some major cracks on a supporting wall. Wouldn't want to be there in an earthquake. It has some ant issues, but hey, it's the tropics. The pillows were either hard and flat or very lumpy. We had internet issues that were remedied very quickly once we notified the property manager.
Bottom line, the most important things to us anywhere we stay are: cleanliness (GREAT!), safe (GREAT!), parking (GREAT!), location (BEYOND GREAT!), a kitchen with enough amenities to be able to cook a simple breakfast (ADEQUATE).
We would stay here again based on that view alone!

The beach was wonderful but we could have used an extra palapa or maybe a patio umbrella for some shade as most were reserved by those who winter there or/and own the condos. I understand they would get priority. We would definitely return and perhaps rent a car for a longer trip.
