The property consists of a spacious 2 bedroom main house, living area and an amazing beachfront area with hammocks. The setup is perfect for 2 couples, friends or a small family with older children who can sleep on a different floors.

The villa is located in the residential and security gated community of South Akumal beach. The beach is perfect for snorkeling and sea kayaking. Due to the proximity of the inshore coral reef the beach entry can be a bit rocky in places so water shoes are recommended.

Casa Chaca's main house has a large living area with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth speaker, full kitchen and dining area with a beach side terrace, outdoor shower and 4 kayaks.

- The main level bedroom is furnished with queen bed, writing desk with ensuite bath with bathtub and shower.
- The entire upper level consists of the master suite with king bed and large separate bath with huge bathtub, shower and private terrace.

Guests will enjoy quality mattresses to ensure a beautiful night's sleep. 24 hour security is present in the gated community.
