These colorful condos wholeheartedly embrace joy and relaxation with an unbeatable location next door to the famous La Buena Vida Restaurant and Bar and only a short walk a myriad of other restaurants and boutiques.

Del Sol 303 is a one bedroom one bathroom condo teeming with character. The bedroom has been furnished with a queen bed and has access to an en suite bathroom. Decorated with bright pops of color and white walls and floors, this unit offers traditional mexican style to create a home that feels youthful and fun. Del Sol 303 has a spacious open floor plan that brings the living room, dining room, and kitchen together into one cohesive space centered around this condo's fantastic view of the water. Stretch out in the living room to enjoy the TV or whip up new creations in the kitchen.

The best part of the condo is the balcony right off the bedroom with a hammock and unbelievable views of the Caribbean sea. It's the perfect spot for sipping morning coffee during sunrise or having an afternoon cocktail. Guests also have access to the swimming pool at La Buena Vida from 10 AM to 8 PM daily.

KINDLY NOTE: During the summer months, south winds may bring Sargasso Seaweed to some beaches throughout the Caribbean, including the Riviera Maya. Please know that our onsite teams work very hard to ensure the best possible beach conditions for your stay. As a consideration, you may also see special seasonal discounts applied to during the summer months.

The Riviera Maya is full of natural beauty, places to explore and opportunities for outdoor activities. We have a great list of activities and adventures completely unaffected by the arrival of sargasso that we would love to share with you. Nice place, swimming pool at the bar(not private) but a nice place overall. We love Akumal and the sound of waves to get to sleep!

Our stay was wonderful - no complaints really. Perfectly clean, responsive on site property management. Rodrigo was easy to contact at all times and totally friendly and professional. Easy check in. The view of the ocean was enveloping! We loved that the bedroom had a sliding patio door leading out to a small oceanfront balcony, big enough for a double hammock (which we used). The sounds of the waves lulled us to sleep every night. And greeted us in the morning. The kitchen was really too small for any serious cooking and kitchen storage was an afterthought in design. The pots and pans were stored in the oven. No place to air dry the dishes after they were washed. The bed was perfectly comfortable. There was ample hot water for the shower, but there was a good 5 minute wait for the hot water to get to the unit. But heck, who cares. We came to be embraced by the ocean and we were not disappointed! Be warned that you really need to have a rental car if you stay in this area. Ample free parking. There's a fun restaurant right next door.

The condo complex was well sited and the views from the bedroom and the living room were spectacular.On the downside was the bathroom had a significant leak and there was hot water only 4 of the 13 days that I stayed there. A few simple additions would help: a warmer blanket on the bed or least available; a simple plastic dish rack to facilitate dish drying; and daily cleaning as advertised. I arrived during a driving rain storm and check-in was a bit chaotic. But I would return, for the setting and the magnificent views from the condo.

Great location, close to everything. We rented bikes for the whole stay. People are very nice and took care of what we needed. Hot water was gone for a day but we let them know and it was fixed in 30 minutes. The only thing that would have made it better was if they raked the seaweed from the beach daily.
