It’s always a pleasure to return to this familiar and quiet location — great for snorkeling too. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the surroundings are well maintained and cared for. it is so peaceful! Thank you for a wonderful stay; we truly appreciated everything!

We enjoyed our stay in this bright and spacious condo. Our only criticism has been mentioned before. The knives need to be sharpened or replaced!
We liked the location at the end of the road om a rocky beach. If you are looking to swim om a sandy beach, then this isn't for you.

The La Iguana condo was as described. Gorgeous ocean views, snorkeling right from the property, easy walking distance to several restaurants (AK, Jungle Cafe, Buena Vida, La Lunita) and to Yal-Ku Cenote. Communication was smooth and helpful (including airport shuttle arrangement), check in and out were easy, drinking water provided. This quiet part of Akumal was peaceful and safe. Can't wait to go back.

Great spot for snorkeling right out the door or close by in a lagoon! Wonderful time! Description is all accurate except to note this unit is up 2 flights of stairs- but contact person, Leticia, followed us to the unit to carry our bags (we are in our late 70's)- a real sweetie and right there every time we called. Plenty of cross ventilation, didn't need air even on a couple of muggy nights. Thought we would miss a balcony, but the unit feels so open & airy it is like being outside (and we stayed drier during the wind/showers!) The Kitchen could use a knife sharpener, but otherwise fine for simple meal prep. Maybe a few more hooks to hang bath, beach towels, etc. Would gladly rent this unit again!

We can rent a unit in Steamboat Springs for the same price and get a two bedroom with better ammenities. I think the price was off balance for the quality of the unit. It did have a great ocean view. It was on the outskirts of town but we enjoyed the walk.

What a wonderful place, it was grate having breakfast every morning with the ocean view, very peaceful. The property manager people were so nice and king.
We loved being there, we would love to go back.

Our room was spacious with wonderful views. Great snorkeling awaits right outside the doorstep at Half Moon Bay. In addition Yal-Ku Lagoon is a short walk away. The hotel has 2 pools great for a refreshing swim after a day at the beach. Would recommend this property to others.
