Modern, super clean, great private patio

Besides having beach access, this unit has a private enclosed patio that can be enjoyed any time of the day. The unit was super clean, had good quality kitchenware, king size bed, nice towels and linens, new ac unit, high end fan, rainfall shower head and full size fridge. Scott was a great host he stopped by shortly after we checked in to be sure everything was good, and was available if we had any questions. This is no doubt the best bodega in all of Akumal.

We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious this studio was (we are a family of 5, 3 small kids). The decor was really nice and everything was super clean. We were happy to stay here. Had a cute little closed in patio with a locking door. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if travelling on a budget.

Bodega Sur cavation week review

Housekeeping did not pick up dirty towels at all, had to pile them up outside our door. Only changed sheets once. Lockbox in a lousy location. Scott stopped by twice, which was nice. Would stay at a bungalow at Playa Caribe next time, they are better looking and have better furnishings.

Nice but small and a little dated.

The wife and I are average sized people and found the bathroom to be a little tight quarters. The outdoor patio was very nice but could use a fan to make the air move. The property manager Alex was super helpful.

The space is laid out well and there is a nice private outdoor area to enjoy as well. The kitchen was sufficient with a proper oven. The bed was comfortable and the a/c and wifi both worked well. There was daily cleaning offered and drinking water. I highly recommend this studio for a great value on the beach!

unit was very nice but could use anew fridge also extended cable {turner classics for example} the staff was very very helpful and kind.
Sand & Snorkel hot spot

Staff was always cleaning the grounds/ condo's.. We really enjoyed the little enclosed patio outside our condo. We would love to come back.

The beach was fairly rocky which made it difficult for swimming, but snorkelingw as good! Would have liked to have a pool, but overall it was a great place for the price!

To see the greater area you need a car, although arrangements can be made for airport pickup and return. I would stay again.

Exterior from the street [24]Luna Azul Casitas are always a great choice for those interested in long term rental, for divers or others that plan on spending their visit out and about. This studio efficiency unit has no view, but the beach and great snorkeling are just a few steps away. The unit is clean and comfortable with private bath and well equipped kitchen area that includes microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker, and breakfast bar.
This studio comes with a king size bed as well as a full size futon and can sleep up to 3 people.
Luna Azul is one of our favorite condominium properties. It has a great central location within walking distance to Akumal's Yal-Ku Lagoon, restaurants and other services. The management here is excellent and always takes great care of our guests.

KINDLY NOTE: South winds may bring Sargasso Seaweed to some beaches throughout the Caribbean, including the Rivera Maya. While the situation is hard to predict for each specific week and area, we would like you to be aware as there is the potential to impact the beach and water entry.
The Riviera Maya is full of natural beauty, places to explore and opportunities for outdoor activities. We have a great list of activities and adventures completely unaffected by the arrival of sargasso that we would love to share with you. There is so much to see and do in this special place, we know that you will have an amazing and memorable vacation!
