Staying in Nahil #7 was a wonderful vacation experience! The condo is spacious, clean, updated and has amazing views. We stayed with our two adult children and it was great that we all had our own room, bathroom and terrace! It was a bonus to have the apartment cleaned daily, unlimited bottled water and snorkel equipment. You can snorkel right in front of the condo and the ref is beautiful, we even saw a turtle. Great restaurants within walking distance and the Akumal dive shop has terrific excursions; we went on the sunset cruise and swam with the turtles. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Nahil #7 and hope to visit again!

The views were absolutely amazing, we felt engulfed in that’s gorgeous place. It is so relaxing to be in this quiet area, so many adventures to do all around it. The condo actually looks better in real life than in the pictures, the rooms are very spacious. One glitch we encountered was immediately handled, the management is wonderful.

Everything was perfect. The condo was beautiful, the location was perfect, the view breathtaking. Coordination with the property management on and off site was perfect. Merna, our housekeeper, did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend.

I took my adult daughters to Akumal for a girls trip. The Nahil condo location is great. We stayed in the three bedroom #7. It was very nice. The swimming pool and beach area are wonderful. The staff work very hard to maintain it and it shows. It is not close to the main area of Akumal but there are a few restaurants and a small store within walking distance. I definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get into town. Although the golf cart was not in great shape, it served its purpose. This will be the place we stay with every trip to Akumal.

The staff was very friendly, we had cleaning service every day and we felt safe at all times.

Love the location and the staff was amazing. Kitchen and bedrooms are all very well equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place does need to be refresh a little; the dishwasher was not working and has not been working for months, the closet for the washer/dryer (directly in front of you when you come in) has no door and is an eyesore. The various pieces of arts on the walls is old, weathered and damaged.

Second time renting this condo. 3 bd, 3 bath is nice. The unit needs some work. Hot water is iffy. You have to take a very fast shower. The dishwasher needs to be cleaned in order to clean the dishes, but since the hot water is short, the dishes don't get cleaned.

Lovely 3 bedroom unit with 3 bathrooms. Views are spectacular, the best part. Beds are comfortable, really nice daily maid service, huge white vinyl couch, small bathrooms, nicely outfitted kitchen. Whole unit needs a repaint. Very scuffed walls. Master bathroom ceiling in rough shape. Has had leaks and needs to be completely replaced. We used the two bicycles which are really helpful to get into the village. They are in tough shape as well. Tires flat and we found some maintenance staff to help us inflate tires. Would be helpful if there was info in the room as to which bicycles belong to the unit. Pool area is lovely. Tiny partial sandy area on the beach in front to enter water (very rocky) to access snorkeling.

The condos kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for cooking your own meal however the local restaurants are delicious.
We had one small issue with the water heater not supplying enough hot water for even a quick shower. I alerted the office and within 2 hours, someone was there and fixed it all while being very respectful and quiet since our little kids were napping at the time. Parking is available right out front, elevator on site. Daily housekeeping is available. Don't miss this place! I would definitely recommend Nahil #7.

North Akumal neighborhood is so adorable. Great walkable location to Yal Ku cenote for snorkeling. Plus if you have or rent gear (some kid stuff available in the unit) you can snorkel right in front of the property. The entrance to the water is very "rocky" (it's coral so it will hurt your feet without water shoes) but it's a great place to swim and be on the water if you can get past that. Unit 7 was amazing, top floor with incredible views of the ocean. The photos don't even do it the justice it deserves honestly. My kids loved the place. Daily maid service was great. AC was cool, kitchen was nice. We stopped in Playa Del Carmen for groceries on the way down from cancun as Akumal is a very small town with limited groceries available. Plenty of places to eat out in walking distance that are amazing though if cooking isn't your thing! Great bar on the beach - La Buena Vida, with great food and drinks. Great breakfast/lunch spot right across the drive (toward yal ku). And if you're willing to walk a bit farther there is an amazing fish spot across from the dive center with the BEST wait staff. (also great ice cream spot thats open relatively late, 9p ish i think, and souvenir shops and an italian place over there which we didn't try but was always busy). The beach near the dive shop isn't the best for a traditional beach day. If you're looking for that (soft sand and chairs and swimming in waves) i'd recommend driving down to tulum for a day to find a beach club to crash. the beach in front of the apartment is also an amazing spot to sit and listen to the waves and read. super quiet and beautiful, comfy chairs. gorgeous pool that the staff maintained every day to cool off if you don't love the coral floor. If you have animal lovers with you the Akumal Monkey Sanctuary tour is a MUST. Amazing staff and best animals and great education about conservation and rescue in the area. My kids are still talking about the (non-exploitive) monkey snuggling!

Nahil is very nice, clean and well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed waking up each morning to the ocean view and enjoying our coffee on the balcony listening to the waves.
