Nahil is one of Akumal’s newest buildings; nestled on the quiet edge of Half Moon Bay’s pristine beach while still being only a short walk from many of the local restaurants and boutiques. Not only is Nahil 7 very well located, it is phenomenal from the inside as well. Contemporary and modern, this unit tastefully brings the beauty of the Caribbean inside through textiles, art, three terraces, and massive floor to ceiling windows that expand across the home. The master bedroom has been furnished with a king-sized bed, a large private ensuite, and a spectacular view of the water. The second master has also been fitted with a king-sized bed and private ensuite. This room includes a private balcony that overlooks a portion of the Yucatan’s jungle, making it a perfect place to have an evening cocktail while watching one of Akumal’s magnificent sunsets. The third bedroom is bright and airy, fitted with two comfortable twin-sized beds, another private bathroom, and a jungle side terrace.

The kitchen is beautiful with its unique jungle wood cabinetry. It is highly functional,equipped with new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Off of the kitchen, the dining area will comfortably seat six people. The living area features a chic and comfortable white couch, a 55” Smart TV, and access to the unit's third terrace. The third terrace features an additional six person seating area, as well as two designer lounge chairs for enjoying the sunshine.

Nahil 7 has truly gone above and beyond in the amenities it offers. In addition to the wonderful place to call home, Nahil 7 offers 2 bikes and a kayak for guests to use, a centralized cooling system with four thermostats, and privacy blinds available in every room. The building is only a short walk from some of our local restaurants like La Lunita or La Buena Vida and boutiques filled with treasures made by local artisans.
