Bedding & Layout
The villa features five bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Four are located in the main house, including a unique rooftop palapa-style suite with sweeping views of the bay. The fifth bedroom is in a charming guesthouse located in the front garden and includes both a king and a queen bed.

All four ocean-facing bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer private bathrooms adorned with traditional Talavera tile, as well as private terraces with views of the sea or garden.

The villa’s open-concept lower level includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room furnished with plush cane furniture, dramatic lighting, and artistic details. Glass doors open to a covered terrace and the private pool area, complete with loungers and direct access to the beach.

In the beautifully landscaped front yard, you'll find a shaded dining terrace protected from the sea breeze—perfect for al fresco meals. A beach palapa with hammocks invites afternoon naps or relaxed ocean gazing.
