Villa Iguana is a sophisticated five-bedroom beachfront villa set along the calm, protected shoreline of Soliman Bay. Designed for relaxed luxury, the residence offers generous indoor living, private outdoor spaces, and uninterrupted Caribbean views just minutes from Tulum.

Inside the Residence

Spanning approximately 4,000 square feet, Villa Iguana balances elegance with comfort across a thoughtfully planned layout. Five air-conditioned bedrooms each feature a king-size bed and a private bathroom adorned with classic Talavera tile. Four bedrooms are located within the main house, including a rooftop suite with a palapa roof and sweeping views across Soliman Bay.

The primary suite and a second guest bedroom occupy the upper level, both opening to furnished balconies overlooking the Caribbean. On the ground floor, a guest bedroom opens directly to the pool terrace, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. A separate garden guesthouse completes the property, offering a king bed and a king sofa bed along with added privacy for extended families or couples traveling together.

Living spaces are open and naturally ventilated, capturing sea breezes and ocean light. Dining and lounging areas are positioned to frame the bay, while all sleeping areas offer individual climate control for personalized comfort.

Access & Amenities

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the villa, beachfront pool, tropical gardens, shaded outdoor dining area, private beach palapa, hammock, and kayaks. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, housekeeping, and garden service are included. Optional cooking services may be arranged for an additional fee.

About the Surroundings

Soliman Bay is one of the Riviera Maya’s most private beachfront communities, accessible only to registered guests. With no public transit available, a rental car or private driver is essential for dining and excursions. Tulum is approximately 15 minutes away, with select beachfront restaurants nearby.

We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Iguana in Soliman Bay... truly one of the most magical beachfront homes we’ve ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the natural beauty, serene setting, and thoughtful design of the villa. The location right on the beach was simply spectacular... waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunsets from the terrace will stay with us forever.
The villa itself was immaculate, with spacious, comfortable bedrooms (each with a private bath), breezy indoor/outdoor living areas, and a private pool that became our favorite place to relax. Every detail felt professionally curated to maximize comfort and ambiance.
We also loved the outdoor spaces... from the hammocks on the beach to the sun loungers by the pool... perfect for lounging with family and friends. The included amenities like Wi-Fi, kayaks, and housekeeping made everything effortless and relaxing.
The hosts were warm, responsive, and made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. This villa is a true Caribbean gem... we can’t recommend it highly enough and would love to return someday!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Iguana. The management team was excellent to work with and Anita and Chino, the staff, were such a pleasure. We rented a vehicle to get around which the management staff arranged for us. It worked out great. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

We were two families and we all agree that this was the best vacation. The house is gorgeous, the beach is gorgeous, we were able to snorkel, swim, kayak and paddleboard right from the house. The caretakers cooked several meals for us and there are 2 great restaurants that we could walk to. We went to the ruins and sinotes one day and Xelha another day. We cannot wait to come back!
