Del Sol F is a three bedroom three bathroom condo teeming with character. This is a large unit that comes with plenty of comfy places to lay your head at night. The master bedroom has been furnished with a king bed and has access to a large en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has also been fitted with large passthrough windows that when opened look out over the living space and enhance the flow of natural light into the room. The second bedroom has been furnished with a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed as well as a twin.

Decorated with bright pops of color and white walls and floors, this unit blends sleek elegance and traditional mexican style to create a home that feels youthful and fun. Del Sol F has a spacious open floor plan that brings the living room, dining room, and kitchen together into one cohesive space centered around this condo's fantastic view of the water. Stretch out in the living room to enjoy the TV or whip up new creations in the kitchen. The kitchen bar has seating for three people, but six more spots can be found at the dining table. The large oceanfront terrace offers a small seating area and two hammocks, making it the perfect spot for sipping morning coffee during sunrise or having an intimate dinner at dusk.

This place is great and we would totally stay again! We could sit on the deck in the chairs or hammocks forever and listen to the waves crash and the moon. We made a lot of use of the pool and visited La Buena Vida restaurant daily. You can snorkel right out front or walk to the lagoon or Akumal beach to see the turtles. We needed more than 6 nights.

This is our 2nd time staying here. We absolutely love it. The host is great and the condo is very clean and purrrfect location in such a safe area. We will definitely be back next year.

Akumal is a beautiful place, quiet, serene and family friendly. Our experience overall was positive. A few drawbacks were the beds and living area furniture. They were extremely firm and pretty uncomfortable. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, plates, utensils, cups. No basic food prep items like salt,pepper, oil so be prepared to purchase these items. We were pleasantly surprised that the condo came with cleaning services, although not daily. Staff was friendly and polite. There was a snafu regarding check in, people were in our unit, but it was quickly resolved.

as advertised. Had a great week with the ocean view from the balcony and hearing the surf at night. Snorkeling was good in the bay, although the rocks in the shallows made it a little difficult to git in and out. The convenience store just down the road and several nearby restaurants were handy and good. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Would recommend.

The Condo was in excellent condition .The view was amazing we spend alot of time on balcony . There was alot of seaweed but we knew that .There was a lagoon at walking distance that we had a blast snorkling w fish.I would recommend to rend a gulf car to drive around and explore .The only thing i would recommend more would be more stores fast food that stay open longer Our 1day we got to condo at 9pm there was no stores open The security guard Daniel was generous enough to go and buy us hamburgers in his bike .He had to leave the reservation cross over the freeway bridge . He came back soaking in sweat.Thank you Daniel Del Sol Condos we enjoyed my stsy . We will be back Familia Acosta Montero

We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo in Del Sol for 6 weeks. It was in a great location and was a perfect fit for our needs. The condo is beautifully designed with an amazing deck, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The kitchen was adequate. It was lacking some essential kitchen needs, but when we asked for things we needed, we got them. The only other things that were missing were hair dryers and water jugs in the bathrooms.
What made this condo so great was the staff. They were amazing. Fredrico, the manager, does an amazing job and is always willing to help. He wears many hats and always has a smile on his face. Our housekeeper, Theresa, was wonderful. She was always available if we needed something and did a great job keeping our condo clean and appointed. She even helped me practice my Spanish. The building staff was so efficient, ever present and always smiling. I always felt that if we needed something, there was someone available to help. That says a lot!
I guess the greatest compliment we can give Del Sol is to say that we have already reserved a condo for 6 weeks next year.
