Description

A great choice for families, Nikte Ha Condominiums offers modern amenities for your comfort and a central location. Nikte Ha is located on the beach of Half Moon Bay. There is a great pool and easy access to some of Akumal’s best snorkeling right front of the building.

Each unit has fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area. The units have full ocean views and ocean side terrace with dining for four. The units each have three bedrooms with lots of room for the kids to bring a friend, and still privacy for the adults. The master bedroom has a king bed an en-suite bath. Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a single sofa bed. The third bedroom is perfect for kids with a bunk bed (double and single bed) and a double trundle bed.

Nikte Ha 5 is located on the third level. The view is amazing from here! La Buena Vida Restaurant is located within an easy walk from Nikte Ha. A 10 minute walk to the north will take you to Yal-Ku Lagoon. Akumal Bay and many more restaurntants, stores and boutiques are all within a 20 minute walk. Golf Carts or Bikes are perfect for getting around town from this very central location.

Akumal is a small beach community with ecologically minded locals, and two swimming bays which are the perfect home to a diversity of tropical marine life and endangered sea turtles. Akumal is located a 20 min drive from the popular resort towns of Playa del Carmen and Tulum, and just one hour south of Cancun International airport.

KINDLY NOTE: During the summer months, south winds may bring Sargasso Seaweed to some beaches throughout the Caribbean, including the Riviera Maya. Please know that our onsite teams work very hard to ensure the best possible beach conditions for your stay. As a consideration, you may also see special seasonal discounts applied to during the summer months.

This is the second time we have stayed at this complex. Both units we have stayed in did not disappoint. The staff is friendly, the unit is very clean, and the A/C worked with no issues. The hot water was a bit of a problem, but maintenance was able to fix and have us back up and running. Other guests at the complex were very nice and we enjoyed everyone's company at the pool and on the beach.

We had a wonderful time at this location. The pool was nice. The rooms were clean and well cared for. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our room was cleaned daily which was a nice treat. check in was smooth and we were able to have our needs met at the main office when things arose. a peaceful, uncomplicated week with family in a very comfortable condo.

This is a beautiful property- right on the Bay. Loved falling asleep to the wave sounds. Was wonderful to walk out on the deck for coffee as the sun rose. Property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Plenty of room with casual, nice decor in all rooms. We had one maintenance issue and it was taken care of right away. The location of this unit was within easy walk to a couple of excellent restaurants, grocery store and gift shops. We rented a golf cart for the week and would highly recommend it. It was easier to navigate around town than having a car. There was an unpredictable sargassum build up on the beach, but the grounds crew worked to clear it everyday. We would definitely go back.

This is a very comfortable well situated beachfront condo. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and maid service was offered daily. The front desk was very kind & helpful with every question we asked.
Bring water shoes as the beach is sandy but once you step into the water you need water shoes, and it's in those little crevices that the critters live, which makes it gorgeous for snorkeling- right out front!
Convenient market across the street and larger one very close by, lots of great restaurants- this was an excellent family vacation for my husband and I, and our young adult kids.

Villa is all you need and more, sea and beach conditions were not the best, but there is nothing you can do about that... in general the zone is excellent, and Nikte Ha villas are the best and newest in the bay (other that getting a whole house)

Great spot! Akumal is a lovely little town— quiet, friendly and safe but with enough restaurants and shops and activities to keep us busy and supplied with the things we needed. This condo is perfectly situated— nice beach out front, a quick walk (or golf cart ride) to town or the Buena Vida restaurant (which we all loved). The condo is clean, the staff were super helpful when we needed something, the sunrises from the deck were beautiful. The pool I was great for the kids. Highly recommend!

We loved our time at Nikte Ha. The condo was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed for a few days away. We were so grateful to have bottled water, daily cleaning service, and a washer/dryer on hand. The pool and beach areas were kept tidy and inviting. We did not cook at all but found that we had plenty of great options within walking distance. Each of us appreciated the opportunity for leisurely walks in January catching up with one another. I would highly recommend the condo to friends and family and would consider a return visit! Akumal was charming.

Me and my family of 4 loved this place. It is right at the beach, with an amazing view and you can hear the sound of the waves. The apartment itself is beautiful, very modern and very well equipped. Especially having two small kids this place was so convenient with the swimming pool and the ocean right in front of the door. The host (Akumal direct) was so responsive and nice. We can highly recommend to stay here and would come back anytime.
