Everything was perfect in this 2 bedroom 2 baths condo. I traveled with my three teenagers so this provided more than enough space for us to be comfortable. The kitchen was great with breakfast bar, there is also a formal dining area with the most beautiful view.. The master bedroom is elevated so that you are able to enjoy the view as your eyes flutter open first thing in the morning. Parking right outside, cleaning service daily if you choose. A little market is also very close ( walking distance ..what you would expect to find in a 7-11). While the location is ocean front access to the ocean was blocked by Seaweed, you will have to walk a few properties over on the sand to enter the water (not a big deal) just thought i'd mention this. There is a public beach as you enter Half Moon Bay, they charge a small fee but it includes showers, lockers, you have the option to snorkel w/ a guide to see the turtles for an additional fee. Inside there are restaurants, charter boats and snorkel gear rentals (walking distance from unit). Another cute detail about this community was the golf cart / off road vehicle rental. We ventured over the bridge for dinner a couple nights for Tacos (they open after 6pm) dinner for 4 under $20.00 including tip. There is also a monkey sanctuary and cenote near. I really enjoyed my visit to here, and am sure you will too!!

It has been a great experience with the rental property. A great neighborhood ambiance! There are three eating places within 5-10 minutes walking, and a convenience store where you can get almost anything. The apartment was cleaned daily. The spectacular sunrise can be observed from the bedroom and living room! It was a heavenly experience to watch!
Few suggestions for improvements-
1. Please store some basic cooking spices like salt, sugar, pepper etc.
2. There should be a few kitchen cleaning towels
3. Include a strainer in the kitchen utensil
4. Must have an Iron set
