Best views. Each condo has been designed to make the maximum of the amazing views, refreshing ocean breezes and soft, natural light. A spacious living room and a dining area face the Aventuras Akumal beach, reminding you that it’s not a dream - you are really on vacation in one of the most beautiful corners of the world. While a fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare quick snacks and delicious home-cooked meals.

Best beach location. Glass doors open the living room to either a patio or a palapa-shaded terrace, overlooking the Aventuras Akumal beach. The condos located on the main level, have the white sandy beach literally starting right from the patio. The upper level condos have a spiral staircase that connects the terrace directly to the best deep-sandy beaches on the coast.

Best night sleep. Each of U Nah Kin condos comes with one or two king-sized bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Although, the one feature everyone usually mentions are the beds! They are simply fantastic! So even if you are a light sleeper or have trouble falling asleep in an unfamiliar place, you’ll probably sleep like a baby from day one at U Nah Kin. Other conveniences of the condo include Satellite TV, DVD player, WiFi Internet connection and a safe - large enough for a laptop.

Wonderful stay. Staff was great. Finding the road off of 307 at night was unnecessarily difficult,the first night of arrival. A light by the sign and much simpler more concise directions would make a great difference. Can't wait to go back.

This was our fourth stay in Akumal and U Nah Kin was our favorite! The condo is sparkling clean, the beach gorgeous, and the staff and owners kind, helpful and professional. The kitchen was well equipped with a coffee maker, toaster oven, spices, measuring cups, pots/pans, etc. which is important to us since we do a lot of cooking, and the beds and bedding are comfortable. The check-in process was simple, and we loved the restaurant recommendations in the house book. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed a week at #2, the ground floor Condo in Akumal Adventuras located down a little dirt road in the shadow of Bahia Principe. It was a perfect stay for us, a reset well deserved.

We really enjoyed our week at U Nah Kin. We will probably book two weeks same time next year. This place is great if you want a quiet comfortable place right on the beach with a beautiful view and all the needed amenties. If you need a big pool and swim up bar to share with a million other guests this is not the place for you. If sun, sand, surf sound, ocean view and palm tree shade with a clean comfortable condo are good for you, this is a great spot.
