Ideal for a couple, solo traveler, or small group of up to three guests, Nikte 10 gives you everything you need for an easy Akumal stay, including a full kitchen, private balcony, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. Best of all, you can spend your days by the water and still walk to restaurants, Yal-Ku Lagoon, and many of Akumal's favorite spots.

The Studio

Nikte 10 is a bright and practical studio designed for travelers who want the independence of a vacation rental with the beach right outside the building.

The open living and sleeping area includes a queen bed along with a sofa bed for an additional guest. Air conditioning keeps the studio comfortable, while Wi-Fi and a Smart TV make it easy to relax at home after a day in the sun.

Unlike many hotel-style studios, Nikte 10 has a full kitchen, giving you the flexibility to prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, keep drinks and snacks on hand, or enjoy simple meals at home. It's especially convenient for longer stays or travelers who don't want to eat every meal out.

Step outside onto your private garden-facing balcony for a quiet place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day.

The studio also has one full bathroom and comfortably accommodates up to three guests.

Beach & Pool

While Nikte 10 is located on the garden side of the building, you're staying in a beachfront complex directly on Half Moon Bay.

Head downstairs and you'll find the shared beachfront swimming pool overlooking the Caribbean, along with direct access to the beach. Spend the morning by the pool, find a spot along the shore, or head into the water to enjoy one of Akumal's most recognizable bays.

Half Moon Bay has a naturally varied shoreline with areas of sand, coral, and rock. Water shoes are recommended for comfortable water entry and exploring along the shore.

The Location

One of the biggest advantages of Nikte 10 is its location in Akumal. You can enjoy a peaceful beachfront setting without feeling isolated from restaurants and things to do.

Half Moon Bay stretches between central Akumal and Yal-Ku Lagoon, putting you within easy reach of swimming, snorkeling, restaurants, and the relaxed community atmosphere that makes Akumal such a favorite with returning visitors.

Walk north toward Yal-Ku Lagoon for a day of snorkeling in its calm, clear water, or explore the restaurants and beachfront spots around Half Moon Bay. Akumal Bay and the center of Akumal are also nearby, giving you even more options for dining, beach time, and activities.

When you're ready to explore beyond Akumal, Nikte 10 makes a convenient home base for discovering the Riviera Maya. Cenotes, archaeological sites, eco-parks, beaches, and Tulum are all within easy driving distance.

This condo was clean, modern, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements, staff were super friendly and cleaned the condo every day! It was the perfect place to stay to explore Akumal. Definitely recommend.

The studio condo was roomy, comfortable & the kitchen had most everything but we could have used a lime squeezer and pitcher. The balcony provided gorgeous sunsets while the beach had glorious sunrises!
So happy when the elevator worked but difficult when it did not. The wifi was good , the pool was fabulous and the staff is very professional & kind.
Very well positioned in Half Moon Bay regarding walking to restaurants, grocery store & Akumal Beach, would recommend a bicycle or golf cart though for older people.
Need more lounge chairs for beach & pool area as people from next door are using them too.
