Each of the four main suites offers direct views of the Caribbean and includes a private terrace or patio, spa-style ensuite bath, and flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups:

  • Second Floor Primary Suite: King bed, single bed, ensuite bath, terrace with seating and breakfast nook

  • Second Floor Family Suite: King bed, single bed, large crib, ensuite bath, oceanfront terrace with lounge area

  • Second Floor Guest Suite: King bed, single bed, ensuite bath, private ocean-facing balcony with hammock

For additional privacy, a detached guesthouse suite may be added to your reservation—perfect for grandparents, teens, or a caregiver.

By car, guests can easily reach Tulum’s vibrant dining and nightlife or explore the underground rivers and eco-parks of Riviera Maya. Golfers are just five minutes from the award-winning PGA Riviera Maya course at Tulum Country Club.

Transportation & Travel Tips

Alma Rosa is located midway between Cancún International Airport and Tulum International Airport. Transportation is best arranged by private transfer or rental car, both of which can be coordinated in advance through our concierge team.

Please note: Jade Bay is not suitable for bicycles or golf carts due to road access and layout. A vehicle is strongly recommended for convenience during your stay. Onsite parking is included for guest use.

We had the best time at Alma Rosa. Beautiful home and it was the perfect size for our 3 families. The pool and location and being able to walk to restaurants were all great. Lydia and Rodolfo are wonderful! We had several meals and they were delicious. We will be back!
