Inside the Residence 

This standalone tropical townhome sits beside La Sirena’s pool in a quiet courtyard setting. The main living area features an open-concept layout combining the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces under one shared air-conditioning unit. Large windows connect the interior to the garden and allow natural light to flow throughout the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with coordinated dinnerware, quality cookware, full-size appliances, and all the tools guests need for meal preparation.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground level. One offers a king bed and the other a double and twin bed, each with its own independent air-conditioning unit. They share a spacious full bathroom and benefit from easy access to the screened patio that opens directly toward the pool.

Upstairs, the master suite provides an elevated sense of privacy with a king bed, its own A/C system, an ensuite bathroom, and a comfortable sitting area. A sliding door leads to a generous second-floor lanai designed for outdoor dining, lounging, and enjoying views of the gardens. The villa includes high-speed fiber WiFi, Smart TV, bottled water, linens, beach and bath towels, hair dryers, safety features, and daily housekeeping (Monday–Saturday), ensuring a seamless and relaxing stay.

Access & Amenities 

Guests have full access to the villa, the screened ground-floor patio, the second-floor terrace, the shared pool, and La Sirena’s man-made beach on the rocky shoreline of Half Moon Bay. Water shoes are useful for ocean entry. Additional conveniences include daily maid service, on-site management, fiber WiFi, and beach access just steps across the garden.

About the Surroundings 

La Sirena sits at the northernmost curve of Half Moon Bay, where the setting is calm and scenic, especially in winter months. Yal Ku Lagoon is an easy walk away, and local restaurants and beachfront paths are close by. Public transportation is limited and the road to the highway is unpaved, so a rental car or private driver is highly recommended for exploring cenotes, grocery stores, and nearby towns.
