Inside the Residence

Designed with Mexican artistry and Caribbean flair, Casa Los Tulipanes offers a colorful and inviting beachfront escape in Soliman Bay. The main floor welcomes guests with a flowing layout ideal for entertaining. A fully equipped kitchen, cozy breakfast bar, and open living area encourage connection while offering views of the sea through wide glass doors that lead to the pool deck and beach beyond.

Upstairs on the second level, one bedroom offers a king bed and private en suite bath, while the second features two queen beds and ocean views—perfect for families traveling with kids or friends sharing a room. The third floor is dedicated to a private master suite with a king bed, sweeping sea views, and en suite bath with spa-style touches.

The fourth bedroom is located in the separate guesthouse above the carport. This private suite has its own entrance, king bed, en suite bath, and kitchenette. It’s ideal for couples, grandparents, or guests who prefer additional privacy. All four bedrooms are air-conditioned and have private en suite bathrooms.

A second-level furnished lounging terrace complete hammock overlooks the pool and a small rooftop lounge area offers additional space for sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing.

Access & Amenities

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the villa, rooftop terrace, beachfront pool, shaded outdoor dining, garden seating, hammocks, kayaks, snorkeling gear, fast Wi-Fi, and daily housekeeping. The property includes secure onsite parking. Chef services and food delivery may be arranged in advance.

About the Surroundings

Located in the gated community of Soliman Bay, Casa Los Tulipanes offers privacy and calm along one of the Riviera Maya’s most serene coastlines. A beachfront restaurant and casual beach bar are a short stroll away. Tulum is just 10 minutes south, and Akumal and the PGA golf course are within 15 minutes.

I had the best time here. The home is as advertised and I will recommend it to friends and certainly book again in the future. The location on Soliman Bay is the best along the whole bay. We walked north and south and the sand and water are by far the best. No rocks or stones at all! Paradise!
