Nahil #1 is a spacious, beachfront condo located on the ground floor of Akumal’s newest luxury residential building. With three bedrooms, each with a private ensuite, this modern home comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and 5 children—perfect for families or multi-generational groups. An open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead directly to a furnished beachfront terrace, just steps from the pool and sand.

We loved our stay here! The property was modern and clean and beautifully located on a quiet bay where it seemed the sargassum did not gather! We were walking distance to great restaurants and it was just a tranquil and lovely experience! Akumal is a great location and easy to go north or south to other tourist activities.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo in Akumal. No matter where we were in the unit, we knew we were staying on the beach. The place was very nicely furnished and it was perfect for two families, with 4 kids. We could walk out at any time of day for incredible snorkeling, and felt like we were almost alone at this end of the bay, away from the more crowded area. It was nice being at the "end of the road". The cleaning staff, maintenance staff, and security were all really friendly and were always working hard to make everything look nice. Will defintely try to return.

My 3 teen kids and I stayed here on spring break in March and loved it. We could snorkel right in front of our place. Nice refreshing pool. Well maintained property. Photos don't do justice. We cooked in several times. The kitchen has everything you will need to make just about anything. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. Close to restaurants and an incredible Lagoon Yal-ku just a few blocks away.

We stayed with my elderly mother in law and 6 littles, my daughter and her husband. There were 11 of us and it was perfect. We had come in November looking for a place to stay and bring the family. The place was very kid friendly, the pool was perfect and the snorkeling was great right out front. You have to swim a ways, but not too far to the reef. Very rocky beach, but we knew that going in and it was a real winner with all the sea weed, because the way the wind and waves were, this place didn't get as much as the rest of the bay. We enjoyed our stay so much and every issue we had which wasn't many was addressed right away. Absolutely beautiful place. Perfect location.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this condo is perfect! It was really well set up and had everything we needed. We did have a problem with the water heater but as soon as we told management somebody came and fixed it. Housekeeping was there everyday to tidy up which was nice. There is snorkeling right out the doors. The pool was very nice and kept very clean. There are also a couple of good restaurants in walking distance. The only complaints we had were: 1. The property managers on site did not seem to know too much about the condo or the golf carts and bikes that were at the condo. 2. There is no spare key to the condo which makes things a little difficult if you are staying with other people and have different plans. And 3. the golf carts took up at least three parking spots everyday which got very annoying and nobody fixed the problem after multiple complaints.

The condo worked out very well for 3 couples. It was a perfect location, clean, amazing snorkeling, walking distance to everything. We worried that the pool right in front of us would be noisy but that was not an issue at all. I would stay here again.

Our experience could've not been any better from the time we contacted the management to the end. This place is clean, well built, and well maintained. The onsite management, including Wilbert and Monica, was/were helpful with every question. If there was something I couldn't book or do, they would make it happen.

The place is well built and generously stocked. The daily cleaning service was better than hotels'. The area is very safe and quiet, but within walking distance of a perfect sandy beach, restaurants, the famous lagoon, and shops.

The only downside is the slow wifi. However everything else makes up for it a hundred times over.

This place was perfect for my family of 5. It is clean, safe, well kept, well stocked with basic supplies, well managed, and well built. It is within walking distance from nice attractions and restaurants. Despite the advisory about travelling to the area at no point did we feel unsafe. The management, specially Monica and Wilbert, are on site and available from early in the morning for any kind of help.

The only down side is the slow internet. However everything else makes up for it100 times over.

We stayed here for ten days. It was an excellent location. Condo had everything we needed. Perfect for a multi family stay as well.
Excellent housekeeping service. I recommend it highly. Beach was a tad bit rocky, but the sand is beautiful. Great snorkeling right out front, beautiful pool. Easy walk to Yal-ku for lagoon snorkeling. Easy walk to la lunita restaurant. Peaceful and lovely accommodations. 
Outdoor shower was handy. Kitchen was great, everything you needed was there. 
They supplied large bottles of water too,much appreciated. 
Easy check in, easy check out.
Bring your snorkel gear you will want it. Bring bug spray, it’s not a huge issue, there was just a few around dusk. You don’t need towels. Bring laundry detergent, we really appreciated being able to wash beach clothes every day. 
We rented through vrbo, but I’d do direct next time. Great experience.

Three couples spent 5 fabulous days in this condo. We spent most days outside at either the pool or the outdoor seating area. The condo staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach area was cleaned daily and the sargassum was not an issue. Snorkeling off the beach was beautiful! The inside was just as described and provided everything we needed including a washer and dryer. Would love to return!

We all had a great time in Akumal. I rented two Nahil condos for the extended family for a week. Everyone had a great time. The Maintenance people were very responsive to our needs. The setting right on the beach was excellent and the pool was a very nice feature. We would stay at Nahil condos again without hesitation.

We travelled with grown children and one grandson and enjoyed every moment. Our active, energetic grandson spent every waking hour in the water, either in the lovely pool, or snorkeling off the beach or kayaking.
The apartment is lovely and supplied everything we needed, very clean and Rosa, who cleaned daily, was a joy.
The view from the shady comfortable porch was stunning. We were sad to leave, and would hope to return soon.

This place was built for a family vacation with kids. On the first level, walkout to pool and beach, walk to several nearby restaurants, (loved AK bar), and beautiful grounds. I would stay here again!

We just enjoyed a wonderful 5-night stay. The condo is well represented in all the photos. With grandkids in tow, we really enjoyed being on the ground floor. There seem to be a number of owner-occupied units amoung the eight which I think leads to a much higher level of maintenance and upkeep.

The unit was spotless and Rosa came each day to rescue the condo from our messes. She did a wonderful job. The kitchen is very amply outfitted with all you will need. Of course the knives were dull as can be but I'm not sure I've ever had good knives at a vacation rental. The snorkeling on the north end of Half Moon Bay is the best.

We highly recommend!

We have a great time at Nahill unit#1. Unit was as advertised. We were very happy with the whole unit from the decor to the pool to the beach area. Very clean. Highly recommend Akumal Direct and Nahill unit #1
AC really worked well even though the outside temps were 92 degrees daytime / 78 degrees night with a 80 degree dewpoint.

We absolutely love Akumal and the people that stay in the area. We last stayed at Nahil #1 in 2019 and wanted to return sooner, but due to Covid, our plans were pushed back some. We finally returned, and we chose Nahil #1 because of it's location and the ability to walk right out to the pool and the beach. The place has such a beautiful set-up and view for larger groups. We traveled with our kids and another couple. We noticed right away that the unit has been updated with beaufitful new decor and furnishings. Very tasteful and appropriate for the destination. I even hate to mention anything negative because we do love it so much, but the one draw back was the open air bathroom in the ocean front bedroom. The bathroom is within full view of not only the bedroom, but also the outdoors and pool area. So in order to use the toilet, or take a shower or change, we had to close the drapes on the sliding door/windows. They were closed for the better part of the time because we had several people staying with us, and there were others in the pool. I felt it was a shame to close off the bedroom to such a beautiful view just because the bathroom was open for all to see. Perhaps it the unit was on a second floor, it might make more sense.

The condo is perfectly located in a central location to the beach, cenotes, and restaurants. The home itself is perfect with plenty of room and amenities. Loved the pool and beach within steps of the back door. The snorkeling in the waters directly behind the condo was fantastic. Only issue we had is with the internet, it is very spotty. I believe this is a problem with the area and not the condo in particular. I highly suggest this condo for anyone looking for some RR and adventures in the Yucatan.
