Description

Nahil #12 is a gorgeous studio unit located just steps off the beach in a new condo building in Akumal. This 2nd level unit overlooks the tropical gardens of Nahil building and is ideally located just 50ft from the pool and beach area. This cute studio unit comes with a queen bed and all the modern appliances. Air conditioning, wireless internet, daily maid service, linens, towels and purified water are all included. You'll also be able to enjoy Smart TV with Netflix

There is a full kitchen with utensils, gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker and full size fridge. Everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal is provided.

Nahil is located towards the northern end of Akumal's Half Moon Bay, close to La Lunita and Que Onda restaurants, and a short walk from the natural aquarium that is Yalku Lagoon. Akumal is a laid back beach community with ecologically minded locals, and beautiful bays which are the perfect home to a diversity of tropical marine life and endangered sea turtles. Akumal is located just a 20 min drive from the Playa del Carmen and Tulum, and just one hour south of Cancun International airport.

*Please be advised that while Nahil Condominiums do have an elevator, the service is inconsistent and in no way guaranteed. Please anticipate using the stairs. Thank you!

This condo is beautifully decorated and perfect for the two of us. The building is immaculately maintained and the pool is wonderful (if a little refreshing). There were plenty of shaded beach/pool loungers for the building. The sunsets were beautiful from the rooftop. Snorkeling right off the beach is excellent! The beach itself is a little rocky (suggest water shoes) but we knew that and the snorkeling makes it all worthwhile. Snorkeling off Akumal Beach was worth it, but Yal-Ku has really diminished over the years. There was no seaweed during our visit, which was excellent. We enjoyed five restaurants within a 2km radius (Buena Vida, La Lunita, Turtle Bay Bakery, Lol Ha, and Que Onda) and every meal was absolutely delicious (although not cheap). I have already recommended this condo to others and I’m not even home yet!

I had a great stay at John and Liz's place. I stayed at other condos on the bay and this was the least impacted by the seaweed. Condo has everything you need, great shower with great water pressure which is sometimes an issue. Will definitely look into staying here again on my next visit to Akumal.

This property is a perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the beach life in Akumal. The apartment is well decorated and comes with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. You will be just a minute from the beach and community pool. I would go back in a heart beat.

Great spot for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Our apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Wifi was good and the bed was very comfortable. The condos were on the beach and the pool was sparkling. Beach is rocky so bring water shoes. Good snorkeling there but only a 10 minute walk to Yal ku lagoon which is amazing. There are 2 good restaurants in close walking distance but we rented a golf cart which was fun and convenient when shopping. Highly recommend Nahil and would stay there again if I return to the area.

My wife and I wanted a short vacation to Akumal where we have traveled many times before. We found the Nahil Unit 12 to be just what we were looking for. Staff was great and the unit worked well. We rented bikes and took our leisure ride to town daily. Pool, beach were fantastic.

Perfect location, the property was beautiful. The condo was well equipped and decorated nicely. Everything was clean, immaculate. The only improvement would be the pool was in need of daily cleanings that didn’t seem to happen every day. The rest of the property was clean and beautiful. Will definitely stay here again as we visit akumal frequently.

I rented this condo for my brother for his birthday. I had to repeatedly tell Carlos to contact my brother instead of me and gave that information. The WiFi did not work for the first 4 days of a 9 day stay. No internet, so no TV or e-mail available. Location was terrific with beach and pool and a perfect unit for 1 or 2 people.
