About the Surroundings

Located at the northern edge of South Akumal, the property offers a quiet coastal setting. Jade Bay and Jungle Fish Beach Club are a short five-minute walk away, while Akumal Bay is approximately 25 minutes on foot along the beach. Due to limited public transportation and distance from the highway, a rental car or private driver is strongly recommended for convenience and exploration.

The unit could not have been more perfect. The deco was exceptional and was stocked extremely well. Small touches make a huge difference, and they were noticed and appreciated. If you're looking, look no more; I mean, it's a private beach pool right outside the door, in a quiet, protected area. We travel quite a lot by far exceeded our expectations
