Stela Luxury Home is a sophisticated seven-bedroom beachfront estate on the tranquil shores of Aventuras Akumal, just 20 minutes north of Tulum. With direct access to soft sands and calm waters, this refined retreat is ideal for families, milestone gatherings, and private wellness escapes. Now offering a heated beachfront pool, this residence blends contemporary coastal architecture with handcrafted Mexican design elements—from carved stone and local hardwoods to thoughtfully curated textiles. Spacious indoor-outdoor living areas, a rooftop plunge pool, and optional chef services create a seamless setting for relaxation and connection in one of Riviera Maya’s most peaceful enclaves.

Interior Features & Layout

Stela’s thoughtful layout prioritizes comfort, aesthetics, and shared moments. The main villa opens to a spacious great room where the kitchen, dining area, and living space flow effortlessly toward the Caribbean Sea. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors provide uninterrupted ocean views and direct access to the terrace and heated beachfront pool.

The gourmet kitchen features natural stone countertops, custom wood cabinetry, and top-tier appliances subtly integrated into the design. An oversized island with bar seating serves as a gathering space for casual meals, coffee, or evening cocktails.

Adjacent, a handcrafted dining table comfortably seats ten guests, while the living area offers plush seating, coastal decor, and a tranquil ambiance ideal for reading, conversation, or simply taking in the view.

The main villa includes four spacious bedrooms:

  • Olas (Ground floor): Two queen beds, private terrace, en suite bath, garden views

  • Luna (Second floor): Two queen beds, en suite bath, garden views

  • Eclipse (Second floor): Two queen beds, en suite bath, ocean views

  • Arena (Second floor, Primary Suite): King bed, private balcony, ocean views, walk-in shower, and soaking tub

In the garden, three independent studio suites offer additional privacy and flexibility:

  • Nido (Upper level): King bed, en suite bath, kitchenette

  • Cielo (Upper level): King bed, en suite bath, kitchenette, balcony

  • Oceano (Ground level): Queen and single bed, en suite bath, private patio

Each space is designed with handcrafted finishes and a natural palette to ensure a restful, restorative stay.

Getting Here & Getting Around

Whether arriving at Cancún or Tulum International Airport, transportation can be arranged in advance through our Guest Services team. We recommend reserving a private transfer or rental car for your stay, as Aventuras Akumal is a gated beachfront community with limited pedestrian access and is not suitable for bicycles or golf carts.

Onsite parking is available for guests who choose to rent a vehicle, and our concierge can assist with driving directions, airport transfers, or local driver services for day trips and excursions.

Important Notes for Your Stay

Stela Luxury Home accommodates up to 20 guests with flexible configurations of 4 to 7 bedrooms. The property is ideal for extended family vacations, wellness retreats, or special events.

While modern and luxurious, the villa was designed with sustainability in mind, operating respectfully within its coastal environment. Please inquire about seasonal experiences like sea turtle nesting and hatchling releases.

Advance reservations for private chef services, spa appointments, and excursions are highly recommended.

Amazing Stay! Beautiful Home!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful new vacation home! It was perfect for our family, tons of space with each room having a bathroom and privacy. We had grandparents, young adults, and a young child, and it was perfect for all ages.
The home is right on the beach and has two gorgeous pools. One thing to note is that the pools are not heated so we did not really get to use them at all.
Tulum is a good drive (about 30/40 mins) but feasible with a driver. There is also a great beach bar about a 30 sec walk from the house.
We were one of the first few renters, so there were definitely some small kinks to still be worked out in the home, but I cannot say enough good things about how responsive and quick they were to fix these things.
The absolute best part about our stay, was the caretaker of the property, Bruce and his family. They made us feel so at home and helped us throughout the entire stay. They provided cleaning daily, and made amazing meals for us throughout our stay.

The house was so beautiful and felt upscale. It didn’t feel cheap: doors and walls were thick and bedding and beds were comfortable. It fit our large group very well and enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The pool was heated to the perfect temp to make it enjoyable after the beach! Hammocks and swings on porch were a great addition. Plenty of beach toys on premises- I was told there were not any so I brought some but there was a bucket of some and I left mine for future guests!
