La Bahia #1 has been recently (Nov 2020) renovated with numerous upgrades, furnishings and appliances. This vibrant, open floor concept unit is bright and the perfect choice for your beachfront vacation. Much attention and thoughtfulness has been put into furnishing La Bahia 1 with everything a traveler could wish for.

This condo is beach level, where you can literally step off the patio onto the white sandy beach of Half Moon Bay. Enjoy the large comfortable living space a Smart TV and relaxing ocean beach views. The fully equipped kitchen with new appliances has everything for your culinary needs and dinning up to 4 comfortably. The owners have thought of everything for your enjoyment including snorkel gear, games for the whole family and even a tequila bar!

Two large bedrooms, each with new pillowtop mattresses, ensuite bathrooms, ample storage and ocean views. The master is furnished with a king size bed and Smart TV. The guest bedroom with one Double and one Single bed.

La Bahia Condos are a long standing Akumal favorite and are a great value for this beachfront location. Located at the heart of Half Moon Bay, an area well known for its quiet beach and amazing reef snorkeling. From here you are in walking distance to Akumal Bay, markets, dives shops and restaurants. Including the famous La Buena Vida beach club.

La Bahia has onsite security and professional management. The staff members are excellent. They are attentive and happy to assist you in any way to help make your vacation a pleasure and memorable.

The home was beautiful and comfortable. The staff and neighbors was very welcoming, nice, and helpful. I would of loved to see the beach without gulfweed. The condo was located near town and store, which was helpful. We were just in time to see the bundles of turtle eggs. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this condo.

We picked this property for its location right on the beach and the quietness of Akumal. Very comfortable apartment, literally on the beach (20 mts from the water), and perfect for a relaxing time. The apartment is great, has everything one may need to have a calm few days away from the other bustling and overcrowded places in the region. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your place. Would highly reccomend to friends, and for familys. The two rooms make it idea for a family or smaller group of friends. Amazing location.

We have stayed in many different properties all over Mexico and this place was so amazing. Great location In Akumal. Area was gorgeous, clean and safe with great activities and restaurants near by. The condo itself has a great floor plan, gorgeous views and is well set up. The staff was friendly and attentive. We will be back for sure!

The condo is clean and management friendly and helpful. Right on the beach, chairs and palapas to lounge, ocean breeze always kept us cool and the view is just stunning. Nice walk to town, great restaurants, easy snorkeling in the bay, so nice to be back in Akumal!

Great property with easy check in. Steps to the beach. The location is very private and secure in an area dominated by CDN and US visitors. It’s a very short drive to Akumal Beach which has a number of good restaurants and shopping. Recommend a car if you stay here as it’s about a 20 minute walk. Free parking is available outside the condo. The condo and beach are beautiful and exactly as advertised. Highly recommended!

Everything about this property is easy! Check in was seamless. Open the patio door and you are on the beach. All the neighbors were very friendly. So close to a lot of amazing restaurants.

We were very happy with this place. It is clean, well cared for, comfortable, bright and cheerful. On site management was great as was our communication with the owners. The condo is in a great location with good restaurants within walking distance and snorkeling out the front door. We would highly recommend this place and we would return again.

This condo is beautiful and well appointed. If you are headed to Akumal this is a must!!! Giving you access to great snorkeling, restaurants within walking distance, and peaceful surroundings. Staff at La Bahia was lovely and owners are quick to respond. Just make sure to check out the sargassum seaweed reports if you are unfamiliar with it. We are pretty flexible travelers so we walked up the beach to snorkel and enjoyed the nearby lagoon.

The unit is well stocked and comfortable. It's exactly as described in the photos, the office is right there to answer questions, and key pick up was super easy. We really enjoyed relaxing to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. It's handy for all you want to do in the Akumal/Tulum area. We come to this area a lot and it truly is a hidden paradise.

Amazing view! Kind staff. Super comfy bedrooms. Fast WIFI!!! Truly appreciate the washing machine and dryer. The staff at La Bahia Condo are always cleaning and maintaining the whole area. Thank you. Sadly, we booked when it was sargassum season (March) but we biked to the beach and the nearby YAlku Lagoon - all is perfect!!!

This condo and the location went well beyond expectations, that were already very high just based on other reviews and the web site pictures. Ground floor location was ideal, the management was efficient and welcoming, we could not have asked for more. A couple of good restaurants a very short walk away and a handy convenience store within metres. All the boxes well and truly ticked. An added bonus were visits by nesting turtles virtually at our doorstep

We had a pleasant stay in November. Good location. We rented bicycles but could have gotten around by walking as everything was located in a mile radius. Good food at local restaurants. Housekeepers were wonderful. Airport transportation was on time and friendly.

La Bahia Unit 1 is a lovely place on Half Moon Bay. The unit is fully stocked with all the kitchen equipment you need. The staff is responsive. It's steps from the sea on the ground floor, which is a great bonus. Conveniently located near Yal Ku lagoon, restaurants and shopping. We'll be back!

The unit was super clean, comfortable and cute!!!!! The owners thought of everything we may need in the unit- well stocked. I loved just opening the door and stepping onto the beach. The unit also has many huge windows that you can enjoy the beach from almost any location in the unit.

Communication was great. Response rate within minutes. Their staff was awesome as well. Very hospitable. There is no pool on site, but we were ok w that. The location is central to lots of attractions.

We would definitely stay here again! Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful and colorful beach house!

We thought our condo in Akumal was very welcoming and cute. Adrian was on-site and very helpful. Nice location. We had sargasso some days but that is Mother Nature. We loved the condo and would stay here again!!

I was delightfully happy with the beautiful condo.
Clean and well cared for. The beach was great for swimming. I loved being near the little store and a couple of restaurants as we did not have a car. Thank you for letting us stay there! The office was very helpful, and staff was very friendly.

My husband and I had a fantastic time staying at La Bahia. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the layout of the condo was very open and comfortable, the kitchen fairly well stocked, and best of all, it's fabulous to walk directly out onto the beach. The bed was a bit firmer than we typically like, but that would not deter us from staying there again. We love Akumal!

Another wonderful stay at La Bahia. This visit was in #1. Excellent condition, beautiful decor and well maintained. One surprise was the TV - which is all app based. Bring your passwords if you intend to watch Netflix etc. No satellite stations
