Marine biology students, environmentalists, and travelers searching for meaningful experiences can join conservation programs led by the Centro Ecológico Akumal (CEA).

Volunteers assist with sea turtle protection, coral reef restoration, and marine monitoring projects that support the long term health of Akumal’s coastal ecosystems.

These programs provide hands on experience working alongside conservation staff while contributing directly to the protection of sea turtles, coral reefs, and marine life in the Riviera Maya.
